PhpVideo combines coppermine, ffmpeg and a web-based FLV player to create a fully functioning online video site. PhpVideo is completely free and open-source and anyone can download, install and modify it.
phpVideo requires a web server with php 4.1.0 (or better) mySQL 3.23.23 (or better) and ffmpeg installed as well as Coppermine 1.4.18.
